หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provides leadership on product development projects, coordinating activities from design, pilot mould, production mould and successful handover into production environment • Coordinates design activities between customer and internal design • Effectively communicates internally and externally with customers and suppliers to determine project requirements, coordinates project activities, and provides direction • Documents key project information; uses appropriate data base systems and follows procedures established for project execution • Responsible for maintaining and tracking project costs, analyzing and interpreting data and information to draw conclusions and recommended next steps • Identifies and resolves technical issues and risks to achieve project goals and coordinates testing with Quality Assurance laboratory • Secures production approval and project closing; provides requested technical information to Sales

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor or master study in the area of Engineering (e.g. Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) 2.Experience in the field of an international manufacturing company in the plastic packaging industry at least 3 to 5 years’ 3.Project management skills including MS Project, Excel, Word 4.Technical knowledge of materials and mould construction, with basic quality management knowledge including SPC. 5.Excellent team work and conflict management skills; working in an interculturalmatrix environment is what you are familiar with and enjoy. 6.You have excellent communication skills in English, German is an advantage. 7.You have a dedication to operational excellence as well as the ability to work independently with tight deadlines. 8.Willingness to travel locally and overseas
