หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Ensure that all shipments, both air and sea, are completely passed customs formality processes before entering privilege zone in GMTH and LOC as per requirement date. 2. Prepare customs flatfile (upload ASN1 into MIC system) through GM's customs system for sea shipment 3. Audit correctness of the part information which use for customs flatfile preparation before pass the data to nominated customs broker. 4. Review customs broker invoices accuracy (assume invoice refer to billing invoice) and pass them to GM staff within deadline 5. Work closely with nominated customs broker to understand change, amendments from new customs announcement refelcted to flatfile format change. And communicate the information to GM and LLP function. 6. Ensure with GMTH/GMPT that documents required for FTA privilege is ready to be used upon shipment arrival.(GMPT/GMTH will inform LLP which shipment requires FTA)
