หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Inbound Production Material Planning 1. Prepare PUS sheet to material handling team (for receving) and milkrun transporter 2. Monitor expected deliveries window against planned delivery window 3. Follow up deviates delivery window time with supplier/transporter 4. Analysis the deviation root cause and provide suggestion 5. Assist in setting up expedite delivery if required Material Order Management Function 1. Monitor all routes to ensure deviations are identify to customer team 2. Monitor material delivery to arrive at LOC as per material requirement date and LLP's planned window time 3. Coordinate / Distribute weekly PUS to milkrun transporter/inland carrier 4. Report deviation pick up date & time at supplier, receiving discrepancy or any damages to concern parties immediately prior to delivery 5. Update ASN status into customer's MGO system. 6. Coordinate / Distribute load diagram, truck schedule to milkrun transporter. 7. Provide information of part in transit and truck utilization to customer upon request Transportation Management 1. Coordinate/notify customer team upon material arrival. 2. Coordinate with supplier and customer to resolve discrepancy issues 3. Coordinate with customs clerance team/transportation team to fullfill customer's material requirement date 4. Coordinate with transporter to ensure that returnable package has been returned to supplier upon pickup. 5. Coordinate with supplier to ensure that direct shipment from supplier ariives as per planned schedule 6. Coordinate with transporter to ensure that engine shipment is on schedule and return empty rack has been sent back 7. Actively monitor and enforce carrier on pick up time at suppliers and on-time delivery to specified destination 8. Inform material delivery plan to convern partys and track the actual arrival time against plan. Shipment Info Tracking 1. Monitor/track shipment information and update status to customer team 4. Provide 24/7 support for shipment information Compliance Handling 1. Act as single point of contact for supplier and carrier compliance issue Reporting Daily Report : Returnable Bin Report, Delivery Window Report, Delivery Failure Report (part & return bin) Weekly Report : Summary problem log (milkrun & returnable bin), Reconcialiation report for returnable bins
