1. Separate documents from console pouch. 2. Generate invoice for all air-export shipments in fams 3. Check & Confirm invoicing correct & in accordance with hawb. Example crisis ,fuel air freight rate,gross weight,chargeable weight etc. 4. Follow up with customer service that have any for additional charges for billing or not 5. Print issue invoice for arrange billing to shipper & consignee 6. Filing document for billing to shipper and consignee & close file for all invoice
