• Lead and coordinate technical support to identify, develop, implement, and services related to deal with the team, primarily focusing on customer satisfaction. Work with broad policies and objectives, working directly with customer and operation team, with supervision for critical tasks.

• <p>Analyze and propose solution to serve operation needs/enhancement for the site</p> <p>Liaise with operation and customer &amp; IT counterpart</p> <p>Inventory control and documentation of all computer hardware at the sites.</p> <p>Produce reports &amp; presentation materials related to system for the business as required</p> <p>Participate in and contribute to internal training and other activities for support and distribution</p> <p>Implement additional function or new application as operation required</p> <p>Create manual, WI and training for necessary application or new work</p> <p>Prepare system change request and coordinate for implementation</p> <p>Ensure system continuity and backup procedure</p>
