• <p>Initiate, execute, and ensure all of quality task to achieve the best practice of logistics operation.</p> <p>Ensure all operation result under responsibility areas including KPI, stock accuracy, operational cost, health and safety, and customer service</p> <p>Execution and reporting of quality related information to support management decision and customer requirement.</p> <p>Execution, report and suggestion of quality issue in logistics operation</p> <p>Maintain good stakeholder relationship including customer, supplier, employee, visitor, and staffs</p> <p>Initiate and conduct continuous improvement scheme for all areas of operations.</p> <p>Develop improvement methodologies for analyzing client data, which can further improve the effectiveness of operational processes</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
