Accounting Officer(AR)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Purpose; Responsible for A/R functions including generating reports, journal entries and receipts, posting of payments to customer accounts and to contact customers to resolve basic issues of collection. Key Responsibilities; • Prepares receipts for customers and records information in the system correctly and accurately. • Performs bill placement to customers on time. • Assists to contact customers to resolve basic issues of collection. • Reconciles sub-ledger to the general ledger and resolves differences. • Processes all cash collections and deposit cheques to Bank. • Follows up with withholding tax certificates deducted from customers. • Assists with month-end closing procedures. • Assists to support any other requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 2-3 years experience in Accounting. • Experience in accounts receivable, billings and collections. • Knowledge of withholding tax and VAT • Basic skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiar with office Machines and accounting programs, JD Edward system is plus. • Good communication skills in both of Thai and English. • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with internal and external customers. • Strong customer negotiation skills.
