หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Manage Customer solution - MWMS and work together with OPS for system solution 2. Work closely with IS&S team to design and implement appropriate solutions and infrastructure for internal & external customers in accordance to IS&S policy 3.Ensure IS&S Processes are performed according to governance guideline / company rules & regulations 4.Follow-up project management methodology of system implementation in both financial (cost control) and resource management. 5.Coordinate the implementation of system in collaboration with OPS and IS&S BKK teams 6. Provide technical support for OPS at Ricoh contract site and escalate to IS&S Area Manager / IS&S Manager if required in order to maintain service availability 7.Be on-site first support and ensure IS&S service request is done through global helpdesk 8. Work closely with Operation super-users
