Specialist-Hot Engine Performance Test

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible to select relevant engines for hot and performance test (static and dynamic) • Responsible to prepare and conduct engine tests according to BMW testing specifications. • Responsible to interpret testing results. • Responsible to conduct engine audit if required (together with engine assembler.) • Responsible for planning and (conducting) maintenance of engine test bench. • Responsible for planning maintenance budget of performance test and ordering necessary spare parts. • Responsible for power train analyze in the entire vehicle. • Handling of defect-software and programing (flashing and coding) • Reporting of analyze, deviations and defects in a monthly report. • Purpose and subject of interaction with internal / external customers and key contacts • Challenges with regard to innovation and change. The position holder steers root cause analysis and initiates process changes in order to reduce defects, enhance product quality and process efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor degree Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or qualified Electronic Technician or comparable. • At least 3 year experiences in the automotive industry in quality or testing function. • Exposed to full cycle implementation of Quality Management System • Familiar with technical processes and manufacturing principles. • Familiar with quality control and quality assurance principles, problem solving tools and improvement techniques. • Strong and friendly leadership skills emphasis capability to work and lead in teams. • Straight and convincing in discussions and conflicts. • Strong commitment to targets and schedules. • Quality planning and Implementation knowledge in APQP, PPAP, Statistical QC tool.
