Be the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and providing timely updates
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly with high service quality
Analyze cost structures for existing and new products to support pricing and marketing decisions
Coordinate customer requirements and any agreement changes, and update internal stakeholders/supervisors
Join customer meetings, presentations, and conferences as needed
Manage new model launches, pricing activities, customer requirements, and issue resolution
Deliver tasks and projects accurately and on time, even under pressure
Take on additional duties as assigned

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (or equivalent)
Experience in sales and marketing is strongly preferred (we also welcome candidates with relevant transferable experience)
Overseas/international market exposure is a plus
Experience in trading companies and/or banking is beneficial
Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, writing)
Strong negotiation skills and a service mindset
Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet tools
Willingness to travel abroad when required
