Transport and Warehouse Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Forecast and set the daily and weekly volume plan and closely monitor on vehicles utilization - Ensure all transport operations team receive their daily reports and attend the handover meetings at the start of each shift - Ensure all deliveries to the stores are received, unloaded and checked accurately and safety - Ensure all drivers are performing in accordance to traffic and safety regulations. - Monitor drivers working hours to ensure that drivers are properly rested. - Monitor safety practices and vehicle and equipment standards and maintenance to improve safety levels and minimize downtime. - Manage own KPIs and maximize efficiency through achieving productivity targets. - Prepare any transport report as required. - Establish and implement transport business strategies and management plan with direct impact on the objectives and on business results. - Make business and managerial decisions and recommendations in order to achieve business and financial results; prevent loss of partnership; and eliminate the risk of substantial expenditures of time, human resources, and/or funds. - Take full responsibility of budget in assigned area under Transportation Scope. - Plan, direct, contribute, and coordinate transport operations activities within the area of responsibility. - Identify where the services to customers should be improved, then develop and implement initiatives and processes for transport management. - Identify and analyze transport problems and develop and implement solutions to enhance transport operations; with monitoring and evaluation tools for the both operation/cost effectiveness. - Responsibility in the analysis adjusts and save cost. - Report and Other assignment from management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male or Female, Age 35-45 years Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Management or any related fields. Minimum 5 years+ experienced in Transport operations and warehousing at Manager Level. Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of 5S, Safety and ISO etc. Experience leading a team with a Transport Management System required Good organizer with ability to multi task in a fast paced environment Strong judgment and ability to be a problem solver and make quick decisions with a focus on the big picture/bottom line Candidate must possess: ability to think strategically, strong communication skills, strong presentation skills, proven track record in delivering results (driving down distribution cost as a percentage of sales), maintain strong leadership/staff management experience, and have the ability to set clear direction while navigating through a very collaborative work environment. Experience in planning and budgeting  Leadership & coaching ability with emphasis on employee development/collaboration and ability to hold people accountable Excellent in people management with high level of managerial skill Managing processes; dealing with complexity
