Senior Network Operation Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibility: • Working out a strategy for improving the operation performance in term of services quality, budget, human and other related resources. • Involves overseeing the corporate services are running smoothly in all stages which include Installation & provision, Customer Care Center (NOC) and Field Services. • Make sure an efficient service that meets corporate standard SLA or Customer expectations and needs. • Manage spare part and distribution of product. • Monitoring, analyzing the current services for improving and writing reports for management. • Arrange training, supervising, tracking and measuring staff performance. • Manage team in three divisions i.e. Installation, Network operation and Customer Services.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Telecom Engineering or equivalent. • Age 35 year up. • Experience in design, installation, or field services in telecom network i.e. WAN network, LAN network, branch online network, etc. • At least five years of experience in manager level that manages Network Operation, Customer Services or installation in telecom Services Company or equivalent. • Good Knowledge in OSI Standard, Telecommunication technology, Wireless Network, RF Signal, Switching technique, Routing technique, LAN, WAN, IP Network, VPN, etc. • Good skill of communication, documentation and reporting. • Team oriented and self-motivating, Innovator Development, Problem solver, self-starter with minimum supervision
