Business Development Investment Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Assist and support the team in development of projects through the investment cycle, including oversight of third-party developers/partners, advisers and other stakeholders, understanding the regulatory environment and key financial drivers, understanding technical aspects of project investment. - Assisting senior members of the team in the analysis and evaluation of new investment opportunities and in transaction negotiations with developers and partners. - Engage in financial modeling and feasibility study in order to analyze and evaluate the returns on investment. - Coordinate with investors/partners or counterparties in developing projects. - Coordinate with local or foreign banks regarding the loan facilities process or other financial products for the projects. - Support and assist the team in collecting data and prepare information with scenario analysis for management's decision-making - Update and monitor monthly or quarterly cash flow for operating projects. - Prepare materials including, but not limited to presentations for board of directors’ meeting and for investors. - Prepare supporting documents submitted to SET or SEC as required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance/Accounting/Engineering or related fields. - Must be able to compose financial model (discounted cash flow and other valuations modelling) - Proactive and possess systematic thinking - Detail oriented, responsible, able to work under big pressure - A good team player collaborates well in cross-functional teams. - Good command of English both written and spoken
