System Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor, maintain, and support mission-critical cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage virtualization and cloud platforms such as OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, backup operations, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure, server, network, and application issues through ticketing systems.
• Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, and security using monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or related platforms.
• Support incident management and act as Tier 2 escalation for complex technical issues.
• Automate operational tasks using Shell Script, Python, Ansible, or other automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and IT service management standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, System Administrator, Cloud Engineer, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Linux
• Experience with virtualization or cloud technologies such as OpenStack, VMware, Proxmox, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewall, and Network Troubleshooting.
• Experience with storage technologies such as NFS, Ceph, or S3 is a plus.
• Familiar with databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, or related platforms.
