Junior Presales Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Become an expert in our product and service offerings
• Take responsibility in all Pre-Sales activity, solution architecture, design and support planning.
• Support Sales Team in the technical aspect from opportunity identification through closing.
• Create and deliver client-facing presentations covering cloud service and solutions.
• Gather and use client requirements to develop cloud solutions, including Solution Architecture, high-level designs, low-level design, BOM, and professional services scopes.
• Conduct proof of concepts and demonstrations as needed.
• Understand and able to explain project costing to produce a profitable project proposal.
• Take responsibility to RFIs, RFPs and RFQs in collaboration with Sales Team.
• Conduct a smooth transition from pre-sales to infrastructure/professional services for client engagements.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge across multiple technology domains and applications.
• Contact vendors and partners for pricing of hardware, external software and licenses.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Undergraduate degree in Electronics/Telecom/Electrical/IT/Computer/Engineering or related field.
• 0-1 year of presale, consultant or experience in a challenging project management role.
• 0-1 year of experience with cloud computing solutions or exposure to other IT related solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch between various projects.
• Basic Knowledge of cloud/virtualization technologies, such as KVM, OpenStack, VMware vSphere, EC2.
• Basic knowledge of Solution Architecture, Design, and Operations.
