Sales Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop strategic plans and manage the overall Motor insurance operations, including underwriting, claims assessment, and portfolio management.
• Lead and manage the team to achieve sales targets, maintain work quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze premium data, risk exposure, and business performance to support business planning and new product development.
• Coordinate with brokers, agents, Bank and Leasing and/or internal departments.
• Review and approve policy terms and conditions beyond the authority level of general staff.
• Supervise and develop team members to enhance their knowledge, capabilities, and performance.
• Review and improve workflows to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male or female, aged 35 years and above.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the motor insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims assessment, and insurance-related laws and regulations.
• Proven ability in business planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in insurance-related software and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
