หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and oversee the development, management, and performance of casualty insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and sales teams to optimize product offerings.
• Provide strategic guidance on pricing, coverage, and product innovation.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to strengthen team capabilities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in insurance, with a strong focus on casualty products (e.g., comprehensive general liability, product liability, general casualty lines).
• Proven track record in product management, underwriting, or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance standards, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross functional teams.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Candidates with prior experience in Casualty insurance products and strong proficiency in English communication will be given special consideration.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to market and product development.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
