หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist superior to manage and develop claim handling to give good service to customers.
• Check and approve claim settlement in accordance with assigned authority.
• Execute daily claim to be in line with Guideline and OIC Regulation without delay Co-ordinate with surveyor(s), claimant(s), partner(s) and/or other parties involved when claim happened and/or advice is required.
• Assist claim investigation team and/or salvage team upon request.
• Check and review claim documents including survey report before settling claim.
• Keep monitoring and follow-up claim(s) continuously to reduce outstanding claims and any delay.
• Select and review survey companies and/or adjuster to comply with company policy and to meet customer’s satisfaction with good and standard service for management decision.
• Negotiate with parties concerned regarding claim settlement and/or consult with claim committee and/or legal team if necessary.
• Assist superior to prepare supporting documents for management decision and/or court purpose.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Age 25-40 years old.
• Male or Female.
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience in Marine & Logistics Claim.
• Service mind, high responsibility, good relationship and positive thinking.
• Knowledge of insurance law especially Marine Insurance Act.
• Management skill.
• Good English in writing, speaking and reading.
