หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and oversee day to day operation of the department Represent the organization as appropriate in its relationships with members and other constituencies Ensure that organizational policies are uniformly understood and properly interpreted and administered by subordinates Ensure that internal communication programs are in place and operating effectively Be accountable for corporate governance and business compliance with related law and legislations by ensuring that appropriate controls are in place Follow up the new technology development and acquire the knowledge that relevant to area of responsibility

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male 30 – 45 Years old Bachelor\\\'s degree in related field. Minimum 5 years of working experience in insurance or related field Particularly, in sale function would be an advantageous Have Management skills/Planning and Execution skills and multitasking abilities. Strong underwriting ability in either Motor Insurance or Property and Engineering Insurance or Liability Insurance Strong command in both Thai & English Sound relationship with Brokers will be a plus Must be skillful in handling Power Point, Word, Excel etc. Proactive, intelligence, tacful and smart looking
