หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1.Test Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive test plans that cover unit testing, system testing, and integration testing to detect defects and issues before the software is deployed in production. 2.Execute Tests: Run test cases manually or using automated test tools to ensure the software meets all requirements and quality standards. Identify, record, and track defects through to resolution. 3.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of software quality are adhered to, including performance, usability, reliability, and compliance with specifications. 4.Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers and other engineering staff to understand the requirements and functionalities of the software. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the quality and reliability of the product. 5.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect tracking to ensure transparency and repeatability of testing processes. 6.Tools and Technologies: Utilize various testing tools and technologies to streamline testing processes and enhance the efficiency of testing activities. 7.Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate testing strategies and tools for improvements and ensure alignment with the latest industry standards and best practices. 8.Reporting: Report on testing progress and highlight any potential risks to the project timelines or outcomes. Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all testing milestones are met.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases - Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in test management software and QA methodologies - Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are preferred - Experience with task management tools (eg. Jira, Confluence). - Experience with test automation tools (eg. Cypress, Robot Framework, Playwright). - Experience with API testing.
