• Responsibilities -Manage and analyze to drive sales to achieve the target -Effective the performance and development of store -Responsible for drive service standard -Manage store operation -Control team performance Specification -Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields -Proactive in managerial operation -Executive contribution more than 4-5 years of retail multi-unit store management experience -Demonstrate strengths in analysis, negotiations, relationship management -Strong leadership and team building also constructive thinking, positive and logical thinking, flexible, energetic and active -Excellence in presentation skill -Superior interpersonal and communication skill -Outstanding Customer Services and Relations -Problem solving and decision making -Excellence in English -Able to travel upcountry
