หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Purpose Responsible for sales management and sales team objectives. TCC and its partners' business planning and analysis provide them with opportunities for product and customer management. Including team management, and monitor the team's performance as required. Job responsibilities 1. Responsible for sales management and sales team to the company's goals. 2. Planning and business analysis in the TCC and partners to expand opportunities in product offerings and services of the Southeast. 3. Manage and build a good relationship to customers to be One Stop Service in our group of affiliates who care for customers to be satisfied and continue to use the Southeast products in the future. 4. Meet customers to offer products that meet customer needs and get more needs. (Requirement) 5. Coordinate and attend meetings with relevant authorities to develop/improve the products that meet customer's needs. 6. Perform the information submitted to underwriting to make offers, coverage, and quotations. 7. Control and monitor the premium payment of customers, affiliates and partners in time. 8. Consulting, coordinating and solving problems before and after sales 9. Maintain old customer base and continue proceeding for new group of customers to expand sales. 10. Collect old customer policy information for the renewal of 11 team management and follow up on the team's performance of the sales team as required.
