Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy.
Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of HR system updates and enhancements.
Generate and analyze reports from the HRIS to support decision-making and workforce planning.
Provide user support for HR systems, including troubleshooting issues and conducting training for end-users
Collaborate with the HR team to improve system-related processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Maintain employee records and manage HR data entry.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficiency in HRIS software and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide technical support to non-technical users.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
