หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for all accounting functions includes AR, AP, GL Tax and Cash • Prepare bookkeeping entries in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principle;Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. • Charges expenses from Intercompany transaction to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries. • Recheck Pays & Cleared advanced employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances, preparing checks. • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and prepare detail trial balance report • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. • Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliation schedules for accounts payable, prepaid expenses, bank accounts and accrued expenses; • Prepare monthly tax returns including Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax and Corporate Income Tax;Ad hoc work assigned by Principal.. • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
