Multimedia and e-Learning Assistant Manager (Bonchon)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Design all Training tools to support Bonchon training system 2. Create story board, shoot VDO, edit VDO for New promotion and training session 3. Responsible for the training needs the survey to develop the curriculum planning on the e-Learning platform 4. Create new content and update the existing curriculum on the e-Learning platform, Utilize the e-Learning platform and promote self-learning by work with e-learning expert and maintain the e-Learning system to ensure that the program operate smoothly 5. Create skill assessment and knowledge test onto e-Learning system to evaluate learner 6. Create effectiveness PR for communication 7. Coordinate with supplier on a regular basis to ensure deadline are met with quality 8. Organize supplier to produce all training materials to support store 9. Prepare and distribute all training materials to new store 10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• 1. Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill 2. Proficiency in English and computer literate 3. Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software 4. Exceptional creativity and innovation 5. Excellent VDO shooting and Editing skills / e-Learning skill / graphic design skill
