• Main Responsibilities : Control the document of the company and make sure that it is aligned with the company policy and that they have been used in a positive way. Follow quality policy GMP Cosmetic, GMP Hazardous, Halal, BRC CP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Pest Control. Audit activities and ensuring the effectiveness of the corrective action and preventive action are closed as due. Support for all-party audit Internal Audit /Customer Audit /Supplier Audit /CB Audit Control the document and other information that is used for the management system of the company based on the policy standard. Take care, collect, distribute, and take back the documents related to the company Make the company document always up to date. Verify every document used in the company and must review and approved by the person in charge before starting use. Make sure that all related documents are in the correct form. Update the document in the company’s share folder. Destroy the outdated document. Training others about the document system in the company. Qualifications: Good analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and good analytical skill. Higher Vocational Certificate or bachelor's degree in any field 1 year in Document Control
