หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage key customers, conduct market visits, and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities
• Lead sales and business development initiatives to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
• Develop new product ideas and grow external and export sales channels
• Conduct market research to forecast demand and pricing trends
• Ensure product offerings (existing and new) align with customer needs and drive profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially customers
• Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget in line with company policies
• Analyze monthly and yearly performance against KPIs and department goals
• Monitor and control team performance to meet company and regulatory standards
• Encourage subordinates in the department to follow the quality system: GMP, Safety regulations and other operational standards
• Pro-actively develop new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers by marketing, promoting and securing new order intake

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or dairy industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
