• Programme Description This programme is now open for University fresh graduates or junior with 1 year working experience of Thailand, for market and sales development. This is a 6 months programme. You will be receiving about one week orientation and training in Singapore Headquarter, and be assigned projects for execution when you go back to Thailand office. We will give you the opportunity to expand and grow your knowledge and skills through structured development and learning on market development and eventually generate sales for this project, through a Business Mentor with many years of experience for support and guidance. After the programme, a career employment opportunity will be offered to those who achieve the milestones KPI in the projects assigned. Performance and compatibility during the program are also accessed for career and business consideration. What we’re looking for:  Fresh Graduates or junior with one year working experience, with degree in – aquaculture & marine science &,Chemistry, Business& Marketing,Engineering etc.  Pro-active and innovative individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, networking skills and a great team player.  Communicate and writing in ENGLISH is a MUST.  Strong academic background with good grades.
