• Supervise the work of general accounting and financial management. • Strongly involve in planning & budgeting as well as budgeting control. • Ensure well designed of Accounting, Finance, and HRA procedures and implementation. • Keep the proper external audit, statutory compliances, tax accounting / tax compliance / and tax planning • Encourage organization culture via cooperation with Corporate HRD • Motivate staff discipline and good office environment via the process of HRA

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or Finance, or Economics. MBA is the plus. • Minimum 8 years Accounting and/or Finance experiences. • Good concept on IT with experienced on ERP will be the extra credit. • Have strong work experiences in wide range of office administration. • Leadership and initiative, autonomous and good interpersonal relation skills • Pleasant personality, good attitude, optimistic, multi-tasks, devoted and trust-worthy • Excellent command of English • Computer literacy especially advance Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
