หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Operates turf maintenance equipment as directed by his/her supervisor.  Mows turf, trims trees & hedges with the specified equipment.  Observes safe-operating procedures at all times.  Maintains garden beds; including planting, weeding and edging.  Operates mowers and string trimmers in trimming landscape areas around trees, fence lines, banks and hillsides; edges cart paths.  Operates sod cutter, spray rigs and fertilizer spreaders; and mows turf with rotary and operates other equipment as directed..  Ensures that the equipment cooling system is working at all times; refills fuel and oil daily; cleans equipment daily, and reports equipment problems or failures to equipment manager immediately.  Provides basic preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by the workshop manager or landscape supervisor and for returning equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility.  Helps in project work; assists in the construction of new greens, tees and fairways; grades and prepares soil base; lays sod; and seeds tees, greens and fairways.  Waters turf, trees and plants, and under direct supervision of the appropriate personnel.  Carry out general labour duties as required.  Assist in irrigation service and installation.

•  Other relevant duties as directed by the Landscape Supervisor or Horticulturist.  Required to work outside for long periods of time to perform his/her duties  Required to perform manual labour activities.  Good physical strength, stamina and agility.
