Landscape Supervisor (Work at Chonburi)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Plans and supervises the maintenance of all landscape areas.  Schedules work, supervises employees in all landscape maintenance activities.  Ensures the safe use of maintenance equipment by all employees.  Instructs equipment operators on the operation and care of mowing and other equipment.  Supervises pesticide applications and/or operates and calibrates pesticide application equipment.  Supervises and participates in the operation and maintenance of pumps, and in the maintenance of irrigation and drainage systems.  Keeps a daily work log containing all course maintenance activities.  Assists in personnel management and evaluation, employee safety, personnel discipline and may also modify the daily work schedule based on professional interpretationManages the greenhouse and ornamental nursery facilities; selects, propagates and grows plant materials for ornamental use on and around the golf course, clubhouse and other buildings.  Designs flower beds; cultivates shrubs and flowers.  Supervises the trimming and pruning of hedges and shrubbery.  Designs, installs and maintains low-pressure irrigation systems for landscaping.  Instructs landscape attendants in routine maintenance of ornamental plantings.  Applies pesticides and fertilizers to ornamental plantings.  Advises the golf course superintendent of the need for required tree trimming
