หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To direct and manage all day to day Caddie activities. • To develop, implement and monitor operating policies and procedures for the Caddie department aimed at delivering the standard of service and operations expected. • To effectively manage the Caddie department ensuring the department operates within the expenditure targets set in the operating budget. • To keep detailed records of Caddie rounds to enable the proper payment of round commissions. • To monitor the performance assessments of each Caddie ensuring they are delivering the standard of service expected. • To develop and implement a detailed work roster. • To coordinate the caddie activity each day ensuring caddies are ready to meet golfers in a timely manner. • Prepare and present reports on the performance and productivity of caddies for the Director of Golf. • Continually develop and deliver training programs aimed at improving the service offered. • Support the Director of Golf in producing the annual business plan and operating budget. • To offer advice to golfers on the course layout or conditions as they play on the course. • Ensures the golfers golf bag and equipment are kept clean during the round. • Checks the number of clubs at the start and end of a game to ensure none are lost. • Ensures that the golfers follow the club rules relating to play on the course. • Proactively encourages golfers to follow the rules of golf and etiquette on the course. • Ensure all working areas are kept in a clean and tidy manner.
