หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and Support Customs Clearance, contact and cooperate with customer for all information and prepare import entry form by paperless system

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p><font size="2"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">- Contact with customers for all details of each shipment /customer for Key account, regular customer to support the customs process.<br> - Open job file/do cargo delivery / prepare an import entry form by paperless system.<br> - Re-check the correctly of import entry form before pass to customs.<br> - Requisition duty cheque to pay to customs or by e-pay system.<br> - Follow up shipment from Shipping and Transport team.<br> - Manage and create report&nbsp;for Customer.<br> - Close job file and fill details in Data system.<br> - Responsible for claim process as per our procedure.</font></font></p>
