Transportation Supervisor (ร่มเกล้า, ลาดกระบัง)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Coordinate with transport subcontractor for truck deployment in the normal and urgent shipment process. - Manage, communicate, work, control dispatching process to ensure that the any movement and transaction is correct in quantity and quality, according to work instruction. - Translate the KPI in to corrective and preventive actions to improve the transportation operation as a whole - Take a lead to set the meeting with subcontractor to ensure that the transportation operation is controlled, maintained and developed correctly according to the business development plans. - Drive the transportation operation team to correct and prevent any issues in transport process, ISO compliance and 5S & Safety. - Follow up with subcontractor and concerned parties in any issue concerning transport KPI. - Tracking shipment delivery status and coordinate with customers in any issue concerning the transport operation. - Build up the relationship with subcontractor and customer to achieve the strong linkage in collaboration. - Work on the initiative to achieve the cost effectiveness in transportation - Record, Create the Irregular Issues Report to clients for further improvement. - Ad-hoc assignment per assigned by superiors.
