หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Support to preparing import customs entry form by paperless system for all customers -Check the accurate HS code for declares to Customs -Preparing import/export customs entry in advance to ready for requisiton cheque from Accounting Department/Customer -Following and match any import license with each description of good and do the relevant documents for customs consist of cargo receipt, and others -Cooperate with Customer Service to require the details od shipment -Verify the shipping documents and import/export customs -Collect all updated information about HS code and Customs Notification -Timely obtain/transmit accurate shipping from/to customer service and all concerned parties before do the custom inspection -Coordinate with truck's driver for pick up / delivery cargo to/form BKH Warehouse -Follow up the shipments and advise status to Customer Service -Manage customs clearance according to Thai Custom regulations -Ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with Thai laws and company regulations -Timely close cash advance on the next day of withdrawal date -Coordinate with all concern parties including Malaysia, BKH staffs -Perform other assigned jobs by Manager both Thailand and Malaysia
