Customer Service Supervisor (Lam Chabang, Chonburi)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Coordinate with internal team, overseas office and customers for shipment and customs clearance - Coordinate with customers and inter branches /sections for shipments and customs clearance - Intiate and follow up on overseas inrequires - Preaparation of accurate quatations. Update quatations and follow up on shipment status - Checking cost from vendors (both within Thailand and overseas) prior to passing to CS for booking IP - Checking prices and rates prior to issuing invoice to client Ensure timely invoice issue and billing with complete sets of documents to clients - Conduct status report and cargo statistics - Arrange monthly accrual - Perform other duties as assigned
