หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• รับผิดชอบด้านการตลาด ติดต่อประสานงานกับสูกค้า พรีเช็นต์และอธิบายการทำงานของตัวสินค้า จัดทำเอกสารทางการตลาด และดูแลงานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง Job Descriptions - To provide pre-sales technical assistance / solutions and product education. - To persuade the specifies / clients that our Product and System will best satisfy their need which leads to specifying our Product and System in their tender. - Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our Products and Systems meets client needs - Preparing both technical and commercial proposals for medium to large scale projects, which include the following tasks: preparing technical scheme, schematics, pipe sizing, taking off, compile material list, key-in M1(PAS) cost data / cost items, prepare commercial proposals, tender preparation, vetting and submission. - Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. - Supporting Technical Sales Consultant / Manager on large scale tender. - To update tender report, quarterly projection report, secured project report in excel and Word format.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• เพศชาย-หญิง -สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto cad ได้ -มีประสบการณ์ทำงานมาอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี -มีประสบการณ์งานขายเกี่ยวข้องธุรกิจก่อสร้าง Qualification: Male or female Bachelor’s Degree in related field 2-5 years experience in marketing, marketing communication Innovative thinking, positive attitude ,pro-active and energetic High responsibility ,quick learning and ability to work independently Self resourceful with strong problem solving skills Able to travel upcountry as request. Able to work hard in flexible hours Good human relations and presentation skills Good communication, good interpersonal skills, and good coordinator Good ability to work with computer and internet Good command of English ** Please state expected ‘salary
