Aftersales Manager

• Lead, supervise, and manage the service department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure that customer vehicles are serviced and repaired efficiently, minimizing turnaround times while maintaining high service standards.
• Manage workshop scheduling and ensure optimum use of resources and staff.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers, providing outstanding aftersales support.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote loyalty programs, upselling opportunities, and repeat business initiatives.
• Oversee the parts department, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and managed efficiently.
• Coordinate the ordering, receiving, and distribution of automotive parts and accessories.
• Monitor parts sales, margins, and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate the aftersales team, providing training, support, and performance reviews.
• Ensure that all staff are up to date with the latest automotive technology, repair techniques, and customer service skills.
• Encourage a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and high morale.
• Drive sales of aftermarket services such as extended warranties, vehicle upgrades, and accessories.
• Prepare and manage budgets for the service and parts departments.
• Ensure all aftersales operations are compliant with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Oversee workplace safety and ensure all technicians follow proper safety protocols.
• Provide regular reports on service department performance, sales figures, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all service transactions, repairs, and parts used.
• Analyze business performance, track key metrics, and develop strategies to improve profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent leadership and management abilities.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.

• Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is essential.
