Training & Employee Engagement Specialist (Head Office)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Collaborate with Management team to design and implement career development programs that align with our employees' goals and the company's objectives. • Conduct needs assessments and identify skills gaps, working with department heads to address specific training needs. • Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to enhance employee skills and competencies. • Analyze the effectiveness of development programs and make continuous improvements to ensure they meet organizational and employee needs. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in human resource development and apply them to our programs. • Support and guide employees in their career path, providing advice and resources for professional growth. Employee Engagement * Organize employee engagement activities and also cooperate with each parties * Handle disciplinary action and give advice to line manager to comply with the company’s regulation and labor law * Coordinate with committees in relevant issues and promote good relationship with them * Proceed grievance and suggestion in the company * Performing other duties as assigned
