ICT Manager (Head Office)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives digital transformation across both online and offline platforms.
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to design and implement effective systems and applications (ERP, B2B, B2C) that enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead the planning, development, and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure, including systems, networks (LAN/WAN), and servers, to ensure high availability, speed, and security.
• Establish and enforce robust IT security frameworks and policies in compliance with relevant regulations, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Computer Crime Act.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the IT team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and service excellenc
• Plan and conduct training programs to ensure the team is equipped with the skills needed to support current and future technologies.
• Oversee the delivery of all IT support services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of hardware and software issues to maximize user satisfaction.
• Manage system integration projects, connecting functions across various platforms to add value and create a seamless user experience.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the IT department and other business units, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all IT projects are delivered on time and within scope.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the IT field. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows Server , VMWare, Data Backup solutions, and Firewalls.
• Proficiency in network management (LAN, WAN, IPSEC, VPN), SQL Server, and corporate email systems (e.g., Google Workspac
• Solid understanding of business processes and experience leading the implementation of ERP systems. Hands-on experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in System Integration (SI) projects for B2B and B2C environments.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• High resilience, patience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
