• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the production line, including preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and equipment upgrades

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to minimise downtime and maximise output
• Lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to address and resolve issues that impact the production line
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of production line equipment, maintenance best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Proficiency in Thai and English languages, both written and verbal
