Reservation Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: 1. Handle group quotations and bookings. 2. Follow up confirmations with hotels and get confirmation. 3. Send confirmations to agents. 4. Always follow up with agent’s group status. 5. Work closely with agents to enable agents to confirm the groups. 6. Entry all group booking details into E-Travel accounting system, make sure all entry is accurate. 7. Negotiate with the hotel for best competitive prices and benefits for the required group. 8. Reply all group requests received within 24 hours during working days, 48 hours during weekends with proper offers. 9. Make all operation requirements for such as, book buses, restaurants, guides, sightseeing’s, etc. 10. Perform other duties assign by Executive director inbound.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements: • University graduate on related field. • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English. • Computer literate, able to work with excel, Microsoft words and other related application. • Good negotiation skills. • Able to work under pressure. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in reservation department of inbound tours company.
