Marketing & Production Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and coordinate participation in international jewelry shows, including communication with organizers, booking air tickets and hotels
• Prepare and organize display items for showcases, ensuring a visually compelling presentation
• Manage the shipment of merchandise to international shows, overseeing logistics and timelines
• Oversee and coordinate the entire jewelry production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Individual age 25-50 years old
• Over 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry, with a strong background in both international showcase coordination and production management.
• Ability to communicate in both spoken and written English.
• Extensive knowledge of the jewelry manufacturing process and industry trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage international travel arrangements and logistics.
• Basic knowledge about computing (excel/word/email)
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
