หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Driving the company's objectives and goals and providing practical solutions to the company. • Taking ownership of the business, spearhead its go-to-market strategy and project development activities, and being responsible for managing risk and delivering profit, including responsibility and maintaining in accordance with the law and regulations • Managing and growing P&L and profitably over time by taking an ownership mindset to actions and decisions and collaborating across functions. • Planning and implementing long term business strategies to achieve the company’s objectives. • Being able to increase talent and provide a team growth direction and mentoring to develop within the organization. • Fostering a strong relationship with internal parties and external business partners to support current and future business.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering/ Finance / Account / Marketing or any fields. • At least 10 years’ experience in Service Maintenance or related. • Has good knowledge in local or International Service Maintenance in Thailand • Strong business development, project development and corporate planning knowledge with commercial mind. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Goal Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible. • Good command of English (A must)
