Responsible

• Develop 3D BIM models with relevant technical data for construction projects, covering MEP systems, architectural works, and structural works.
• Produce construction drawings directly from the BIM models to ensure accurate, clear, and efficient use by the construction team on site.
• Review and coordinate BIM models from Sub-Contractors to ensure model accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements before implementation.

More qualification

• Age 22 years or above
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
• 0–1 year of experience in BIM modeling or construction drawing, particularly in structural works.
• Proficient in using Autodesk Revit for 3D BIM modeling.
• Strong interest in BIM technology and willingness to learn skills beyond academic background.
• Ability to use Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Good command of English communication skills, as the direct supervisor is an expatriate.
