หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Reviews and verifies invoices and their accompanying payment requests to ensure compliance to policies and procedures for such elements as: proper authorization, applicable matching purchase order or contract, accuracy and reasonableness of the charge code, commodity tax compliance (e.g. VAT, WHT) • Prepares invoice batches and inputs in the accounts payable module of SAP on a daily basis to ensure payments are processed in time for the weekly and monthly deadlines; • Provides advice to clients regarding procedures relating to accounts payable, wire transfers • Responds to inquiries from suppliers, consultants and clients regarding the status of their payments. คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • A minimum of 3-5 years experiences in Accounting preferably in a multinational/ audit firm/manufacturing or trading company • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. • Good English communication • Good level of skill with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel • Good attitude, Self-motivated and a team player • A background in SAP R3 (accounting program) would be a particular advantage
