Assistant Service Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Accountabilities: - Assist Manager o improve KPI regarding Service Turn Around Time, On Time Service, Repeated Repair for Acer Service Center in BKK (IT Mall) - Handle the customer complaint by dealing with related functions to solve te problem - Liaise with the related function for improving customer satisfaction - Plan an effective material management to serve the customer's needs - Manage the overall branch service operation in terms of the repairing tasks and the customer service - Handle the other assignments from Management Minmum Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering or other related field - At least 3 years experience in Branch Service Operation Management - Good command of English, Proficiency in MS Office & Internet -Self Motivated ad energetic, Strong Leadership skill, Possess Good commnication and negotiation skill - Able to work wth individual at all levels
