Assistant Field Engineer Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Accountabilities: 1. Control performance for UPC-Branch to achieve our KPI Target, 2. Control Engineer performance to achieve TAT and RRR Target, 3. Investigate & Analysis technical issue to support special case for customer, 4. Analysis the defective data of both Acer Product and non-Acer product and discussion for in regarding of defect rate with RTV to prepare spare part for service & maintenance. 5. Request spare part in system for CM case and special project 6. Control part consume per case for onsite service branch to achieve targets, 7. Control & find out the solution for customer complaint, 8. Control and resolve the problem of special projects

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum Requirements: • Age: Male 30 – 40 years • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master ‘s Degree in Engineering or other related field • Experience: At least 5 years experience in Onsite Service Management • Skills: Good command of English , Proficiency in MS Office & Internet • Others: Self Motivated and energetic, Strong Leadership skill, Possess Good communication and negotiation skill. Able to work with individual at all levels Working time: Monday – Friday 08.30 -17.30 Salary: not over 40 K.
