หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Greet customers when they arrive at the store and respond to their questions according to protocol and company policies • Direct or lead customers to their required products and provide them with details on features and benefits of the product • Ensure all customers receive outstanding service which follows the Sales process • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements • Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management • Assist in the training and development of peers • Actively participate in daily meetings • Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards • Participate in processing new shipments. Help the team keep the receiving and back stock area clean and organized. • Notice and respond to safety issues • Answer customers’ questions and provide information on procedures and policies • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by store management • Issuing receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers • Maintains a high level of Loss Prevention awareness regarding all areas of risk • Processing cash and credit card payments • Maintains a clean POS area and assists with sorting merchandise, when not serving a guest, in order to return the product to the floor as quickly as possible • Arrange for purchases to be packed or wrapped • Balance stock in shop at the end of the shift
