หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Type of Work: Local Thai NGO Job Vacancy: Community Radio Manager, MAP Location: Based in Mae Sot, Tak Province. The Mae Sot Community Radio Manager is responsible for: - Organizing the broadcasting timetable for the radio station - Overseeing broadcasts to ensure quality and adherence to organizational policy - Organizing capacity building trainings for volunteers and DJs - Keeping records of the broadcasts and call-ins - Designing flyers and advertising schedules to migrants - Maintaining radio equipment in good condition - Working together with other MAP projects such as Act Against Abuse (on labour rights), PHAMIT (Prevention of HIV/AIDS Among Migrant In Thailand) POSH (Promoting Occupation Health and Safety) on researching and designing programs for broadcast on a variety of topics. - Coordinating with the Chiang Mai Community Radio Manager and Reporting to the Media Coordinator. คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Desired Experience and Qualifications: <br />- 1- 2 years Experience working with an NGO or activism in migrant communities<br />- Fluent in Burmese<br />- Good Thai language skills<br />- Ability to plan, manage and implement activities<br />- Leadership skills and ability to take initiative<br />- Knowledge of local community service groups in Mae Sot area (NGO and GO)<br />
